Custom Lababus 2025

This year I've made several of the ever popular blind box creature despite never even having held an authentic one. Two of the keychain sized ones were made for my friends who work for the postal service and share a birthday while the larger red one was made for a friend to memorialize a joke she made. The shirt on the red labubu reads 'Is now a good time to ask what a labubu is?'. The faces I made by printing each part individually in either white or beige resin. I then died the nose, irises, and pupils using synthetic fabric dye. The bodies are a combination of faux suede and faux fur and the clothes are cotton and heat transfer vinyl for the text on the pink shirt. The red and green labubus also have a resin printed armature inside them making them slightly more pose-able.

Pokemon Plush

Over the years I have sewn many, many Pokemon almost exclusively as birthday presents and holiday gifts. I don't always remember to take a picture of them. For that reason some of these images are screen captures from my TikTok.
